We had a wonderful leasing experience from start to finish. Jessica was incredibly patient in answering all of our questions, helpful throughout the entire process, and worked hard to get our application approved. We really appreciated that she took the time to show both the model townhouse and the actual unit we would be leasing, which made us feel confident in our decision. We’re excited to move into our new home. Thank you Jessica for making the process so welcoming and stress-free!

I just signed a lease here and without having a living experience quite yet I will say so far this has been the most seamless moving experience in SLC to date. Jess at the office was so helpful and answered all of my questions promptly! The property seems extremely clean and quiet despite being on a pretty busy road. The units I viewed during my tour were all really well cleaned and maintained so far! I look forward to making my home here

We’ve had a great experience with Crescent Townhomes so far. Their team has been incredibly helpful in setting up a tour and very accommodating when we needed to reschedule. They took the time to show us the model townhome and clearly explained which units were currently available, which made the process much easier. I had a great experience working with the leasing team. Manager, Jessica was very helpful, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Jessica was fantastic in accommodating me and being patient with all my questions, as I had a lot. She showed me different variants of the types of apartments to get a feeling of which color/layout I liked best. Very quick and easy tour, and moving in options are very flexible. Buildings are very clean, nice, and have no building issues in the sense of paint issues/other physical issues. Fantastic option for those looking to move soon.
