I regret if I ever had a positive opinion of this dealership because it's actually the complete opposite—a disappointment. I've been waiting over eight weeks for my vehicle registration and it still hasn't arrived. The title isn't showing up on the TX DMV website. When I go there, they just tell me I have to wait, and nobody knows what's going on or why there's such a long delay with my vehicle registration. I don't recommend buying a vehicle from Crest Cadillac; it was the worst experience.
