My service was completed in a timely fashion, and Logan kept me updated throughout with clear and consistent communication. Truly top-notch service—I felt well taken care of every step of the way!
Everything was repaired, but the communication is definitely lacking. Was told the car would be finished the following morning after I dropped it off, but it took four days and I never received any updates. I always had to reach out to find out the status of my vehicle. Otherwise, everything was fine.
