Very excellent customer care! Greg Vitrano paid very good attention to the issues I had with my vehicle, he went above and beyond to address my needs also gave me some great tips on keeping my vehicle free of bugs and tree sap. I got my vehicle back clean and ready for the road. This was my first oil change and maintenance after purchasing my vehicle. An overall great experience!
Shawn Barron has done an excellent job going above & beyond with assisting me with my Esscalade V’s mechanical issues. Each time that I have had to take my V for servicing, Shawn always had a rental car or a ride home ready for me. Shawn was very patient with me, when working out the mechanical kinks as well. Now, my Escalade V runs as good as new! Thanks Shawn!!

Great service experience. My service rep is Greg Vetrano and he greeted me with a smile, check-me in and told me what to expect regarding timing for what was being done. I requested no car wash this time and they did exactly as I requested. All of the staff are friendly, had smiles on their faces, and clean. Provided a waiting area that was also clean and offered water, coffee & tea. The service advisor is very personable and professional. He has provided a good experience. My biggest complaint is with the charges added to my bill by the dealer. They add a shop fee regardless of my warranty or even the service. Example, I had a blown fuse replaced, my service advisor quoted 90-112 for the replacement but I was charged $125.99 for the service. They also added $20.72 for shop fee.
