I purchased my vehicle from Crest, and have had it serviced by Greg V. in the service department for over 7 years with many routine and a few larger maintenance visits. He's the best service advisor I've ever worked with at a dealership. Always remembers me, my car, and it's history. Extremely personable, great attitude, and has established trustworthiness over such a long time. He maintains great communication, and if something abnormal pops up, he's always willing to find the best solution.
As a Tesla owner, I cannot stand car dealerships. Slimiest grimiest places on earth full of snakes in the grass however….. that being said, I will give this place five stars because Greg in the service department is a freaking stud and has always taken really good care of us with my wife’s car.
Just for added context, I brought my car in for repairs on 04/25. After a month and no loaner car, my car was finally fixed. Fast forward to now and my check engine light comes on again so I schedule an appointment for diagnostics. After an hour drive I pull up to the service department only to be told they don't work on Subarus and tell me to go somewhere else. I brought my car in this time to see if they could fix a large dent on the side of my car. My advisor, Chase Ybarra, was fully transparent in setting expectations as it was in a tough spot, not an easy fix. I was prepared for the worst but was thrilled to hear that the technicians were able to pull it out without replacing the side itself. They did an amazing job!! Service advisors have their hands full at Crest ensuring the services are provided by automotive techs. Beware of invoice accuracy also. Plus Crest is charging three percent fee to customers for credit card purchases on already inflated costs. Although my service advisor is great, the automotive technicians rush without reading tickets thoroughly. My new tires were installed on the wrong vehicle.
