I purchased my vehicle from Crest, and have had it serviced by Greg V. in the service department for over 7 years with many routine and a few larger maintenance visits. He's the best service advisor I've ever worked with at a dealership. Always remembers me, my car, and it's history. Extremely personable, great attitude, and has established trustworthiness over such a long time. He maintains great communication, and if something abnormal pops up, he's always willing to find the best solution.

Ty King was wonderful! I called and explained I was losing air in my tires and I was able to come same day to get my tires repaired. They ended up changing my oil at the same time (after Ty asked of course). He was kind, attentive, and service was quick!
