I am only even leaving the one star because I have to rate it something to leave a comment. I have had the absolute worst experience at this dealership. From shopping for a car here to having to deal with their service department, this dealership is full of scammers. You think you have a good deal until you run the numbers by someone from outside of this place, and they confirm that the people here are taking advantage of you. The reviews are inflated because they offer “discounts” if you leave a nice review. After purchasing an absurdly over marked car, I was told I would be able to come back at a later date to have the rest of the scratches and dents taken care of. Unfortunately my sales rep no longer works there. They are responsible for facilitating services to their body shop department. I went to this location because it was convenient to another appointment I had. The service center is a joke over $100 for an oil change and courtesy Nissan on 75 has the same service for $39 Also, they try to sell you on work you don't need. They couldn't show pictures of the alleged issues or tell me why I needed additional services that I didn't come for. If you want to waste money 🤑 this is the place for you. But I would recommend going to Courtesy Nissan on 75 for vehicle service and regular maintenance.
The dealership is very clean & have a very nice waiting area for the customers. The service advisors are knowledgeable and do not push for services that are not required. The car always gets a car wash which is very nice. After moving here, I have been bringing my car only to Crest Nissan for routine services.
I love Crest Nissan in Frisco because of my service manager, Justin Verde! He is always takes the time to explain to me the services and keeps me informed each step of the way. Ask for Justin when you bring your vehicle in for services.
