He told us to come in, ask for him, and he’d take care of everything—and that’s exactly what he did. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. Terrible service that will probably keep me from ever buying from this dealership again. We purchased a new car from Crest Nissan in April 2025. With the purchase comes 3 free oil changes over the first 24,000 miles. This was my 3rd free oil change. I made an appointment for 10am on a Saturday. My advisor Ly Leng was terrific. Communication was great and the process was clean. The only reason there’s a 4 star rating is the length of time from drop off to repair (1 full week Saturday to Saturday) and the cost of repair. It was big and after shopping found out that the cost of the repair was higher at Crest than at other reputable shops. I felt Ly fought for me and got prices reduced which is appreciated. My service advisor, Justin, was very knowledgeable and polite. He matched the price that Kwik Car gave me to change the spark plugs in my Pathfinder and I am confident they were done correctly. CON: They do not have a shuttle service to your work or home if you live nearby. Other car service centers in my area either have this service or they have a contract with Lyft.
