Crest Volvo in Frisco, TX, has given me excellent service over the years. I just finished working with LT Taylor, and he made sure he searched for a used wheel before selling me a new one. He took the time researching this used wheel to save me money. He followed up in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciate, as it reflects his dedication to providing me with the service I expect from Volvo. Thank You Jack

I've purchased two cars and had a great experience and the sales people were knowledgeable. The service department is very responsive to telephone calls and getting my vehicle in when it requires service work. I like there is an option of a loaner car or ride home (with a return pick up!) when needed. The waiting area is very nice although I haven't had a need to use it. I believe there is an option to order a small meal while waiting. Great in case you need it!

A top notch customer service experience from beginning to end. My experience started with Mike Stock, a sales director who took great customer service to a whole new level. Communicative, ACCURATE and HONEST(which is not something you always find when transacting a car deal), friendly, knowledgeable. I would like to acknowledge many people. Lyn Ford, Service Advisor, is dedicated to his work. I was impressed with his knowledge, skills and friendliness. I appreciated his car advice. He is very competent and professional. He answered all my questions. He is a valuable employee. I hope he continues to work with Crest Volvo so that I can return to him for service. I came to Crest with a part missing on the front of my 2022 S60. Another local dealer had told me they had to order the part and then I had to take it to a body shop to have it painted to the tune of $150 total. Max was able to get the replacement part on the car within ten minutes and said it was covered under warranty. Excellent customer service. Thank you Crest!

I had a great car buying experience at Crest Volvo in Frisco, TX!! Brandon Bowen did a fantastic job finding me the perfect vehicle with all the option I needed. Brandon communicated at a very high level and was transparent throughout the process. Rachael Mergott was masterful with my financing and was able to help me reach all of my goals with this purchase.
