Very thorough. We had many questions and needed clarification on understanding some of the mortgage but she remained very patient as we were in a bit of a panic moment.
Great team that provided great communication through all the handoffs during the mortgage approval process.
Cathy was very patient and professional in her explanation of the VA loan we got for me and my husband to purchase our new home. She thoroughly explained to us the loan and the benefits as well as informing us how easy it would be to ultimately refinance this type of loan in the future when interest rates hopefully go down enough to make it worth our while. She made sure we knew on our home exemption paperwork to disclose my husband’s VA disability as well to save more on taxes on our homestead.
I’m really impressed with how fast and efficient Cathy and the whole team was throughout the entire process. Everything moved quickly, communication was clear, and they made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and seamless. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and support!
Cathy couldn’t have made our process any smoother. On top of that, she was always available to answer our million questions and gave us all our options and never made us feel alone during the whole thing. Also us being first time home buyers, we were so nervous about so many factors and she always took her time to ease our nerves. I couldn’t recommend or rave about her more!
