As a first time buyer I think we had a good experience but as we were coming down to the final figures for deposit and closing costs we should have been reminded abt the mortgage insurance because of the type of loan we got as this was the first time purchasing a home here in the US. Other than that we were able to have satisfactory relations with Ms Gifford and we were able to close on loan on the date we agreed.

Robin & her team were wonderful! We initially were planning to work with another mortgage broker & decided to switch to Crestmark, it was the best decision!
