The staff here made an uncomfortable, upsetting situation, manageable for me. The counslers are on point and the program is a well oiled machine. All you need to do is trust the system and understand you need the help, and accept the help thats given. If you apply yourself, you will come out ahead. Medical staff, counslers, the director...everybody has a story and they are all willing to share and help you through if your willing to recieve the help. They will lead you to the water, but its up to you to drink it.

I am the parent of a young adult who just completed RTC, PHP and IOP at Crestview. I was in touch with Ryan Opsahl, the Dir of Outreach, about 9 months before my loved one entered treatment when I was researching recovery programs. Ryan is a compassionate person who answered all of my questions during multiple phone calls over those months. I owe my life to Crestview recovery I made one simple phone call and they handled the rest. Within 24 hours, I was admitted and started my recovery. They handled everything from paperwork for my FMLA to my medications a special thanks to Taylor and the staff. I had no clue what to expect. First time in recovery thehousevery receptive to my needs.

I came to Crestview skeptical. I had been to several treatment centers in the greater Portland area, including Hazelden and Cedar Hills, so my expectations were low. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of care I received at Crestview, and can report that it is the best facility I have been to. I started as a self transport patient in their 5 days a week PHP program, and continued on to their 3 days a week IOP program. Crestview was my first experience in a PSP/ IOP. The vulnerability and forthrightness of the group members made me quickly realize it was a safe space. My 1 on 1 therapist and the mental health group facilitators were compassionate and challenging. A significant sign of the progress they helped me make was that I went grocery shopping yesterday. An hour in the store, alone, without any anxiety. Something I hadn't done in the months leading up to the program.
