Had a great experience shopping at Cricket Merchant in Naperville! I picked up a GM cricket bat, Kookaburra shoes, a bat care kit, and a few other essentials. The staff member who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, making sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s nice to find a place with such a good selection and expert advice. I’ll definitely be coming back for my cricket gear in the future!

HORRIBLE OWNER, Very bad EXPERIENCE. Visited this place for a cricket bat. The owner feels himself as a thagda businessman and talks overboard, behaves as if he is Walter White in Cricket business, doesn’t respect customers. Horrible experience. They did not even care about the fact that the net and the receipt paper have been stuck together. Since the store is in Naperville, there is no refund or even exchange of the product. Really disappointed about this. Update: The other items were fine, but the order was packed not in a good way. So, the package came in a box which was taped with cricketmerchant tape. This box had no problems and the tape was also not broken, I liked the extra care taken on the package.
