Everything was explained clearly so l knew exactly what was supposed to happen. I can only hope there will be no more bats! I have another appt with a technician in a week. Fingers crossed

I had a problem with bats getting in the dormer on the house. I called them and they called me right away. Came out a few days later. Came today and started the work and will finish in a week. All the while sending updates on the phone as to where the technician was on route. Very pleasant too
