I can recommend this company to anyone who needs critter control. They set up outside traps to catch the squirrels in our attic. No use of chemical's. They checked the traps often and were very professional. Very pleased with this service.
Editing from 1⭐️ to 3⭐️ because they finally made it right, but it took countless hours of my time, effort, frustration, and energy to make that happen. ———————————— Paid $3000 for rodent removal and exclusions and somehow they forgot the removal part and now it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get a manager on the phone to make this right. The most infuriating people I’ve dealt with in years.
We recently called Critter Control to potentially get rid of the problem(s) in our attic. We worked with technical Matt Hodges for the initial quote/inspection. He was phenomenal in his professionalism, his thoroughness inspecting/assessing the problem and his explaining of what was going on and what needed to be done. He was great and although we did not end up going with them, he did not make our decision easy just because of who he is as a person and a professional.
