Editing from 1⭐️ to 3⭐️ because they finally made it right, but it took countless hours of my time, effort, frustration, and energy to make that happen. ———————————— Paid $3000 for rodent removal and exclusions and somehow they forgot the removal part and now it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get a manager on the phone to make this right. The most infuriating people I’ve dealt with in years.
They were thorough, considerate and did everything they said they would do in a timely manner. After receiving estimates for the service needed, we found them to have competitive pricing in their services. I would recommend to my friends.
The entire team was great!!! The response time was incredible. Never hesitated to answer any questions we had and were friendly and professional.
I am so pleased with the excellent customer service and home service I received and continue to receive with this company. Matt Hodge did a great job initially coming out, hearing my concerns and explaining to me what needed to be done to fix my attic critter problem. Jordan, the service technician, has been very knowledgeable and extremely patient and kind throughout the ordeal. It’s never fun to go through having critters in your attic, but if you need help I highly recommend this company!
