My experience with Critter control was fantastic. Alberto was quick, very polite and extremely professional. Arrived when he said he would. I really had a great experience working with this company. The inspector who came out initially, was also very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them.
When the technician shows up I am very thankful for his help & he is clearly knowledgeable about the subject. However their customer service & assistance setting up service visits is lacking. It would be nice to talk to a human on the phone & to ensure they show up for the meetings when they are scheduled.
They did a fantastic job of getting here to resolve the problem. They took the corrective measures to assure us. This will not likely happen again. Very happy with their service.
