Happy with the care taken to allow bats to leave my home safely & hopefully for the long term. Technicians used their knowledge to be sure that the protected bats were not harmed & all exits & entrances were found & dealt with.
Today was the beginning of our second attempt to rid our house of racoons under the deck. We just had a momma raccoon and her two babies removed from our attic by technician Ali. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and kept us informed about his progress during the eviction. Please recognitions employee for his quick, efficient work ethic! He sealed the entry place (a roof-access soffit) and also sealed several roof eaves that could have been used for access. Overall, we are very pleased with Critter Controls service!!
