Ali did an amazing job helping us deal with a woodpecker issue at our home. He quickly removed the nest and carefully sealed the entry point to prevent future problems. He was very responsive, arrived on time, and was extremely polite and professional the whole time. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing. On top of that, he even guaranteed that if birds come back to the same area, they will take care of it for free — which is a huge plus. Highly recommend his service!
Critter Control is the very best company I have ever used for controlling pests. They are also the most honest company I have worked with. So many companies try to take advantage of elderly people. Michael was the rep for the last visit. He did an excellent job.
