I am very impressed with Critter Control. We have a problem with voles and our regular Pest Control company does not handle them. They referred me to Critter Control. I have ants 🐜 🐜 🐜 in the kitchen and Matt put down a number of ant bait containers and also did a bit of spraying on furniture legs where I've seen the little buggers crawling up and searching for anything to eat on my chairside table in the TV room. The estimate was fast and professional by a knowledgeable employee. He found several places that squirrels had chewed into the soffits and eaves. The repairs were effective and humane. The only less satisfactory aspect was they did not call to set a repair appointment (I called them) and the repair person arrived over one hour late for a 2 hour repair window. I suspect this company is very busy as when we did communicate, they were always friendly and helpful.
We had a raccoon under our house. Critter Control came out to give us an estimate on getting it out and keeping any more from getting in. Sarah was very knowledgeable and through. Austin put in a one way door and fencing to keep the critters out. Later when the raccoon was gone Austin sprayed, cleaned up and finished sealing up the bottom of the house. They were on time and did a good job.
