The crew came out on time, the Service Manager, Alfonso, was very professional and thorough in explaining the work they did and showed photos of areas to be aware of. Ricky did a fine job of performing the work, and went above and beyond in taking care of a couple of extra problem areas.
Several issues but once brought to the attention of management it seems to be getting worked out. The last technician that came out “Ricky” was super and I will request him in the future if I need to use their services.
I called Critter Control because I thought we had birds in our attic. We kept hearing scratching sounds and other noises. It turned out to be the cutest little bats! The tech said they are Mexican Free Tailed bats. The tech was professional and very knowledgeable. We got a nice little lesson about the bats and their migration habits. He said it's a good thing we got them when we did, because "maternity season" is about to start and at that point it's best not to disturb them.
