These guys are the best! When I called them due to a snake issue, they were out in a matter of hours. I couldn’t have asked for a better company! Every one of their staff are very professional & friendly!
Update: Critter Control has stepped up service and are getting it done. Ray knows what he is doing. TOTALLY UNRELIABLE!! They just don't show up for scheduled appointments. We've had to call to reschedule 2 or 3 times for every scheduled appointment. And we have more gophers today than before they treated. We paid $2000 for this!!
The crew came out on time, the Service Manager, Alfonso, was very professional and thorough in explaining the work they did and showed photos of areas to be aware of. Ricky did a fine job of performing the work, and went above and beyond in taking care of a couple of extra problem areas.
Bought a new home and wanted to move in with peace of mind - Dwayne stopped by and took his time walking me through the entire house, showing me specific areas where critters could possibly make their way in. Andrew and Alfonso later came to seal up all of those areas. There was a bit of a misunderstanding during the first visit, so I reached back out and sure enough they were very professional and came back to address my concerns. Several issues but once brought to the attention of management it seems to be getting worked out. The last technician that came out “Ricky” was super and I will request him in the future if I need to use their services.
