We had animals under our church (including at least one skunk), and Micah has been incredibly responsive to our needs and concerns and very thorough in his explanations in handling the problem. He sent us pictures and video of the issue to make it clear and gave us options. He showed us our problem and we came to a good solution. We will be using them in the future.
