Nick was very professional and effectively handled the yellow jacket nest removal at my house. He answered any question I had and stayed in contact until the resolution of the problem was confirmed. 10/10
They didn't solve problem on first try but came back out to find the dead critter stinking up our house. Diligent and thorough on the 2nd go and got it all solved.
Had a critter situation get out of hand real fast! Called Critter Control and then worked with Josh from the beginning and through every step of the way. He and his team have been professional, proactive, and successful. I give them the highest of praise! I am so happy I called them.
