Excellent service. Contacted me right away after I made the appointment on phone. Followed up with me the day of the service and was right on time. Did a thorough review of areas where squirrels were getting in and out of attic area and was very clear on what areas would be fixed and how it would be fixed and the pricing.
We had a metal building that had raccoons set up residence in the insulation. Josh came and reviewed the issue within 24 hours of my call. Bo completed the trapping, cleaning and sanitation. They were professional, knowledgeable, and on the days Bo was here, emailed updates when checking traps. When the trapping was completed, Bo did the sanitation and even cleaned the walls where the oil from the raccoons bodies adhered to the metal and any feces. Josh, the company rep, was considerate and informative. He let me know my options clearly and concisely. Scheduling was quick! Communication was good. Richard, the technician, was great! He was thorough, evicted all my squirrels, closed up all entrances so they would not return, and sanitized both spaces. He was considerate and informative. Very happy with the service and the end result. I would highly recommend.
