Ariel with Critter Control was terrific at treating my home for raccoons and potentially rats. Although the process took longer than expected it was successful. We are very appreciative.
Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous staff. We called for a suspected bat or bird issue in our roof. Mr. Jeffrey Jordan came to our property and did a “free” inspection. He spent nearly an hour speaking to me, going onto the roof and inspecting the attic crawl space. In the end, there were no critters. If I could give our technician Lucas more than five stars, I absolutely would. From start to finish, Lucas was so amazing - he’s so incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the process and answer all of our questions.
