Update, it took an entire week to get a call back, albeit a holiday week, one week later... I received a call from management, however I was not available to take the call which often happens during business hours. I did returned the call, but have only gotten voicemails back in return, twice...so we're even on the phone tag...It will be interesting to know if this Is just phone messages or if there's any real action.. Contacted after hours and got a call back the following Monday for scheduling and an appointment was made for the following day between 9:30-11:30. I had to take time off work and waited for hours. NO CALL or NO SHOW. Wasted time. Would not recommend this service. Paul was supposed to call ahead and meet for a plan. Very unprofessional

I scheduled an appointment with Critter Control between 3:15-5:15 PM. They were a no show. No phone calls as to what happened…nothing. I called them twice to see if Allen would still show up: I did not receive a follow-up phone call on why no one showed up. In the meantime, my issue still exists.

The folks at Critter Control were quick and friendly. Ian T. was friendly and explained everything that could be done to get the raccoon(s) out of my house and stop them from returning. The entire crew was friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

No one showed up for the scheduled date for my visit. I called the number on my text to ask what happened and talked to the manager. He was great and apologized with no excuses and said he would personally come out. On the date he gave me he arrived at our house! Thanks for great follow through!
