After our former service provider failed to meet our needs, a family member referred me to Critter Control. From the start, the professionalism and knowledge of our tech was impressive. Charlie completely resolved our issues and even offered some advice that improved our day to day cleaning. Campania has never been so impressed by the level of customer service and care we received from Critter Control!
The company expedited my situation with both knowledge and professionalism , my sincere gratitude to Matt Sheridan and Shannon , they went far and beyond and are a great asset to the company.

Critter Control as a company, and both Randy and Matt were excellent! The call started as a request to remove a 3 foot copperhead and soon escalated to help removing squirrels from our attic. Randy was at our house within 20 minutes of the initial phone call on Friday to remove the snake, and we were scheduled for roof repairs and bait boxes by the following Wednesday.
