I had their service technician Juan come to my house to do an inspection because I had a bat that got into my house. I did get it out that night before . (I thought anyway ) He examined the outside of my home and then the roof. As we were talking, his eyes were looking around, and he noticed that the bat that I thought left had not And was still in my home he was able to get him and remove the bat without harming it.
