Critter control has been extremely responsive and professional. We had our follow up visit to make sure all intrusion areas mitigated previously that squirrels and a raccoon had used were still intact. Nathan was terrific. All areas were still tight. He sprayed the attic and even went into some crawl space areas to spray those with a disinfectant. Will definitely continue to use them.
This place was great! My technician was Juan Ascenico. He arrived at the EXACT time he told me he’d be there. I examined the area, researched inside and outside, for possible problems/entry points. Once he pinpointed the source, he walked me through what he was going to do, laying out several options, and was realistic about expectations. I had only met with Critter Control yesterday. I was so impressed with Juan, the technician’s knowledge and explanation of my situation and how they were going to attack it, that I signed up with Critter Control immediately. Starting today (!) they have already been to my home and started the remediation. I have nothing but a glowing recommendation for this company.
