Such excellent service. Michael developed a plan to get rid of our problem quickly. Great communication. Friendly professionals. Michael was even super patient with our dog who can bark a lot.
We called Critter Control after we had two companies fail to remove a mouse from our attic. After coming out promptly to assess our situation, they scheduled us the next day to start sealing any access areas that would be possible for such a pest. Michael, who came to the house throughout this ordeal was courteous and very professional. After a thorough inspection, cleaning and disinfecting the attic, our "houseguest" is gone!! The service was fantastic!! When Michael came for the estimate, he immediately identified we had an attic Rat and show me the path of entry of the critter, he just did it naturally. I had another company that gave me an estimated way more expensive and they didn't do what he did. I highly recommend them they remove the rat, made several visits as follow-up and sanitize the area after it was clean. There is no way you will regret calling them.
