We used Critter Control Cincinnati to a investigate/remove a racoon who mistaken our chimney as his den. It started out rocky with the first techniciann; However, Matt and Steven were about to step in to help us find a solution. Matt provided a quote and details on how the process would work and Steven carried out the plan. Steven even went the extra mile and installed our new chimney cap on Saturday which was his day off. I would highly recommend Matt and Steven for any critter problems.
Absolutely fantastic job! We had the pleasure of having Steven as our professional handling our Raccoons issue (Momma and multiple young ones).
