Connor is the best! He did everything he said he would, was courteous, respectful answered all my questions ( even my dumb ones) reassured me and showed up on time for appointments Connor is customer service personified and a huge asset to the company So very happy to be rid of raccoons and the horrible smell permeating my attic!!!

We could not have been more pleased! Connor did a thorough job patching up tiny access points to our attics and kept us well informed throughout the process. The trapping that had to be done was very effective. He saw the process through until there were no more signs of intrusion or infestation. My mother (who was worried about the costs) had nothing to say except “worth every penny”. FIVE STARS start to finish!
I was able to get an appointment quickly with Critter Control. Connor, the technician was knowledgeable and equipped to take care of the problem. A few days later he returned to check and see if chimney was seal properly. Highly recommend!
