I have used Critter Control for many years. I’ve used others before. Critter control is the best. I recommend them
Terrible service. I had an emergency and had to wait 2 days to get someone scheduled. The scheduled technician texted me shortly before the scheduled appointment and to cancel, when I followed up with my 5th phone call, they then tried to push it back a week. Not dependable at all.
The gentle who showed up contacted me before he arrived and was very friendly on them phone and in person. He did a walk around the house, photoed all the areas of note and then showed me the pictures of problem areas and finally quoted me a price. While the cost was more than I expected, the work he detailed sound worth every dollar. They offer 90 days same as cash financing for those in a cash-flow "situation". Highly recommend! 5 ⭐!
I was extremely pleased with our first meeting. He arrived on time and immediately went to work. When I met him in the yard and started asking questions he was very informative. He actually set five traps in my front yard before he left! I was also extremely pleased with the fact that when he did leave I knew exactly when he was going to return, how the season was going to proceed and exactly how and when the payment each month was going to be paid to them. We were very pleased with the job that Mike and his team did for us. Mike explained everything up front there were no surprises we knew exactly what to expect and they delivered. We were able to rid our crawlspace of the critters while still not harming them or our cats outside. They then ensured we didn't have the issue again by securing the entry points (vents) but still allowing them to be functional. Definitely recommend them!!
