Chad, Phillip, Rakan, Steven, and the call center Professionals were all great to work with. Critter Control was a great choice for our bat problem. Responsive, knowledgeable, efficient.
Critter Control is very reasonably priced & Rakan, specifically, has been so incredibly helpful. I’ve been dealing with a raccoon in my house & unlike other companies I’d gotten estimates from, he got in my attic & walked the entire space (upstairs & down) to thoroughly inspect everything & come up with the best course of action. He’s been so professional & has gone above & beyond to make sure this issue is dealt with swiftly & effectively.
We have a large yard that was taken over by moles. The worker who came spent literally the entire day here even though it was super cold outside. He seemed so thorough and committed to getting rid of the moles!

The gentle who showed up contacted me before he arrived and was very friendly on them phone and in person. He did a walk around the house, photoed all the areas of note and then showed me the pictures of problem areas and finally quoted me a price. While the cost was more than I expected, the work he detailed sound worth every dollar. They offer 90 days same as cash financing for those in a cash-flow "situation". Highly recommend! 5 ⭐!
