We had a 2 family squirrel duplex in the subfloor of our sunporch. We would hear scratching noises and find subfloor insulation particulates floating around our yard, but mainly under our porch. Sam was amazing to work with. We had a bat in our home, and within the day of calling, he was out at our house to do a full inspection and assessment. He did a very thorough search of any possible entry points around our house, and provided a detailed estimate. Then, he came out when he said he would, only a few days before Christmas in very cold conditions so we could be all set over the holidays. Excellent work by Sam for animal mitigation and by both Sam and Ryan to add more attic insulation. Easy to work with, and reasonable cost.
I wish I could give Sam ten stars, he was so good! He came out promptly, he was courteous, professional, caring, thorough, friendly and just a really decent person, the kind of person you wish you could have as a best friend; everything he did and said showed how much he cared about my concerns that my squirrels not be harmed.
