Sam came out promptly to our home for what we initially thought was a bat issue. After a thorough inspection, he discovered it was actually a yellow jacket nest in our attic. With a newborn in the house, we were especially concerned about the risk of them getting loose. Sam understood the urgency and quickly put together a plan. Within the next day, the yellow jackets were safely and effectively exterminated. We truly appreciate Sam’s dedication, professionalism, and care in keeping our family safe. Highly recommend!
We had something in our attic that sounded like a bat and I called Critter Control. They called me back promptly and Sam came the same day. He was very Professional and figured out the issue. He took videos and explained everything very thoroughly. I highly recommend this company!
We had a 2 family squirrel duplex in the subfloor of our sunporch. We would hear scratching noises and find subfloor insulation particulates floating around our yard, but mainly under our porch. Sam with Critter Control was amazing! Our rental properties attic had a colony of bats living in it. Sam was able to come out and set up a one way door to ensure the bats were able to get out and not re-enter. After the bats were out, he and his crew were able to get the mess in the attic cleared completely out, disinfect it and spray new insulation within a couple days! Needless to say, we are grateful to be now bat free! Thank you guys so much for your amazing work!
Sam from Critter Control is very good at finding humane solutions and doing a thorough job of repairing or barricading trouble spots. We have used them for years and highly recommend them.
