We had a 2 family squirrel duplex in the subfloor of our sunporch. We would hear scratching noises and find subfloor insulation particulates floating around our yard, but mainly under our porch. I hired Critter Control due to the complexity of the job I needed done. I purchased a renovated home that had roof damage from the Derecho years ago, allowing some racoons to take up refuge in the attics for an extended period of time. While the racoons were long gone, they left in their wake unsalvageable soiled insulation with tunnels and droppings throughout the attic. They not only got rid of the recons living under my solar panels, but they also figured out a way to keep the animals out. They were very responsive, kept me informed on what was going on with the work, and also reasonably priced. I highly recommend therm.
Sam was amazing to work with. We had a bat in our home, and within the day of calling, he was out at our house to do a full inspection and assessment. He did a very thorough search of any possible entry points around our house, and provided a detailed estimate. Then, he came out when he said he would, only a few days before Christmas in very cold conditions so we could be all set over the holidays.
