Sam was amazing to work with. We had a bat in our home, and within the day of calling, he was out at our house to do a full inspection and assessment. He did a very thorough search of any possible entry points around our house, and provided a detailed estimate. Then, he came out when he said he would, only a few days before Christmas in very cold conditions so we could be all set over the holidays. He came out promptly, he was courteous, professional, caring, thorough, friendly and just a really decent person, the kind of person you wish you could have as a best friend; everything he did and said showed how much he cared about my concerns that my squirrels not be harmed. This is a very responsible company. I have absolutely no complaints. They communicated very well about the problem, they were really respectful and did a really thorough job. I am very happy with this company and would recommend them to anyone.
Ryan came to our house to help with a bat issue and was awesome! He completely sealed off the exterior of our house and told us exactly what was going on every step of the way. The service was great and he even said we could call him on his cell phone any time we wanted. Definitely recommend!
