We had 2 separate instances of bats in our upstairs bedrooms twice in the past 9 months. After the most recent incident, I called Steven to see if he could find how they were getting in our attic and crawl space. Steven was extremely knowledgeable and was able to get to my house for the initial inspection the same day I contacted him. He has since remediated the attic crawl spaces so that hopefully we don’t have any future issues with bats. I’ll definitely call him again if I have any future issues with unwelcome guests.

We used Critter Control Cincinnati to a investigate/remove a racoon who mistaken our chimney as his den. It started out rocky with the first techniciann; However, Matt and Steven were about to step in to help us find a solution. Matt provided a quote and details on how the process would work and Steven carried out the plan. Steven even went the extra mile and installed our new chimney cap on Saturday which was his day off. I would highly recommend Matt and Steven for any critter problems.
