I was originally going to rate lower than 5 stars, however, they made up for their opportunities. I had contacted Critter Control back in March for a woodpecker hole on my house. They were quick to come out and place a deterrent on my house. Then I was told they would be back in a week to patch the hole. After a month, I called them back and said due to weather they were behind. I get it. Then another few weeks went by and said I was going to be "squeezed in this week.". Tom called to let me know he would be at my home in 15 minutes. He arrived on time. We discussed the problem with mice getting into the laundry room. After a check of both upstairs and downstairs, Tom also checked outside the house. He determined where most likely the mice could get into the laundry room. Tom installed a barrier. While he inspected the areas, he shared what he was looking for and how he determined any evidence of mice. I appreciate Tom's expertise and his efficient and professional work!
I tried to ask them to help me schedule a service tech to come out and look at my mother's house because she is dealing with some potential rodent issues, and the person scheduling and answering the phone was very unempathetic, rude, and very unhelpful. After she rudely told me that I was not able to schedule this for my mom and my mom needed to call them, I asked critter control to give my mom a call, as that would be very helpful and she stated with a mouth full of sass "we don't do COLDCALLS". If I could give 0 stars I would. We hired Critter Control of Omaha to catch a mole we had in our yard. When I spoke to the guy on the phone, he said I had to wait 2 weeks due to weather and it being too cold. When I spoke to the guy that came and set the traps. He said, they could "absolutely catch these moles, or more specifically HE would catch the mole". He said we had probably 2 moles looking at the activity and tracks.
