If I could give 0 stars I would. We hired Critter Control of Omaha to catch a mole we had in our yard. When I spoke to the guy on the phone, he said I had to wait 2 weeks due to weather and it being too cold. When I spoke to the guy that came and set the traps. He said, they could "absolutely catch these moles, or more specifically HE would catch the mole". He said we had probably 2 moles looking at the activity and tracks. We paid this company’s yearly fee to remove moles from our property. We had a serious mole infestation in late October and the company refused service for that late in the year because they said moles go deep when it is cold. The moles didn’t go deep in the warm October and November weather and did serious damage to our back yard. A full year of service is a farce from this company
Critter Control did an excellent job sealing my house to bats. The technician was a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company.
I called Critter Control because my basement sensor alarm went off in the middle of the night. Then I heard scratching and something chewing a pulling on my ductwork. It sounded too big for a mouse or a bat. After a second night of alarm going off I called C C. They scheduled me for an inspection three days later.
