I had an outstanding experience with Critter Control of Hamilton County, thanks to David. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife issue we were facing and explained everything clearly. David arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the area spotless. Additionally, he was respectful of our home and our concerns, taking the time to answer our questions with patience and care. I recommend David and Critter Control of Hamilton County for anyone dealing with a critter problem!
I really don’t like posting bad review since other people had better experience, however it’s always good to know before and you be the judge. Unfortunately due to poor customer service of not returning phone call when it’s considered urgent. I had to go at it alone to remove a family of squirrels 🐿️ from my laundry wall. Soo cute but squirrels do not belong in my house!! I wished critters control of Hamilton was on the job since I paid for them for the service . Oh well
David did a great job for us! He was very good about communication and working with us. We had several entry points and squirrels in our attic. David was patient and explained the process every step of the way. Thank you David. 5 out of 5 stars. Janet and Tom.
David did a fantastic job, coming over quick when we had a bird in our fireplace. David is friendly, professional & desires to do a good job with nothing left undone. He explained everything to us & made recommendations on steps we should consider to insure we don’t have further issues with birds getting into places they shouldn’t be.
We called Critter Control of Hamilton County on 1/15 due to evidence of an animal in an exterior wall of our Home. They came out in less than 24 hours, thoroughly inspected the interior and exterior of the house, and had a plan of action immediately. Explained clearly what needed to happen, answered all my questions and had fair pricing for taking care of our issue. Definitely recommend their services!
