The owner of Critter Control was very professional; while, also, down to earth and friendly. He found two exterior entry points for mice that had been getting into my basement that other pest control professionals did not locate. I was given practical solutions as to sealing up the areas. I would highly recommend Critter Control to anyone not able to locate areas mice are able to enter their homes.
