Had Ben out to our place multiple times due to mice in our home. He’s very transparent and doesn’t nickel and dime you for everything. He’s responsive, on time, and is thorough in helping resolve issues. He also looks for the most humane way to handle things which you won’t always find. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Critter Control again and recommend them for pest control.
Tim at Critter Control was punctual and very attentive to the needs at our residence. He carefully and diligently eliminated the problem.

Have a rat nest with babies in my boathouse. Critter Control staff immediately responded and were courteous and concerned. The technician came to my property, evaluated everything I was doing and offered slight modifications that he felt would make my efforts more effective. He was wonderful in explaining everything. This is a good company.
Ben did an excellent job at quickly and efficiently identifying where squirrels and a raccoon had accessed my attic, and removed their remains neatly and without hassle. He fixed the areas of the roof that they had broken through and honored the company’s “satisfaction guaranteed” policy for a barrier that had failed. I am very happy with the service provided and the fair price.
