Absolutely the best!!! Ben excelled at placement of traps. He was able to solve our possum issue. Love that they relocate, instead of terminating life. Ben cares!!! Great communication, arrives regularly checking the traps… Highly recommend Critter Control, they do go the extra mile~
Had Ben out to our place multiple times due to mice in our home. He’s very transparent and doesn’t nickel and dime you for everything. He’s responsive, on time, and is thorough in helping resolve issues. He also looks for the most humane way to handle things which you won’t always find. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Critter Control again and recommend them for pest control.

Have a rat nest with babies in my boathouse. Critter Control staff immediately responded and were courteous and concerned. The technician came to my property, evaluated everything I was doing and offered slight modifications that he felt would make my efforts more effective. He was wonderful in explaining everything. This is a good company.
