Great job Derek formerly from Boston on a tough day a couple of weeks ago. I am a driver from XPO and had broken down a couple of weeks ago. Derek was professional and thorough and made me feel at ease. I am sure that Derek will become a great addition to Crockett's Towing out of Spring Hill.
Great service...would recommend! After being no-showed by another local company for 3hrs, I called Crockett's (they are father away or I would have and should have called them first). The lady on the phone was pleasant and efficient with all information, even at 3am. Stephen (Alaska) arrived faster than expected, explained everything he was doing, was very helpful and completed the tow very quickly. Will definitely use them again if needed and highly recommend!
I Was told car would be delivered after 6pm today rushed home only to find out that was a LIE now I’m told I have to wait untill the morning. 200 dollars to tow a vehicle 9 miles and I have to wait an extra day! The Guy at the gate is cocky and will lie to you. They will not reimburse me for the hours I had to take off work to try and get my mothers vehicle back it’s ridiculous and now I will need to miss more tomorrow morning. Company needs new managers. CEO and CFO refuse to return phone calls. CFO is so lazy he won't look up a truck traveling north on the Suncoast Parkway to see which one caused a problem. TRuck had debris fall off flat beed and broke the grill on my pickup. Don't ever use this company!
