Save yourself a million headaches, financial distress and rent somewhere else. Management is hostile, unreasonable and you’ll be liable for everything that breaks. EVERYTHING. The only thing management is good is collecting rent, harassing you and invoicing you for THEIR old appliances but charging as is they are new. This is the worse place I ever rented and will NOT recommended to anybody. I had to give one start but if I had a choice, it will be -5 stars.
Lived here for 2 years and the management got worse over time. They took weeks to come repair problems with the apartment. When we moved out they charged an outrageous price to paint and clean the apartment that was left in pretty good condition. They also charged us $100 for an empty fire extinguisher that we never used or moved in the 2 years. Don’t waste your time or money. There are a lot of nicer places out there!
To be honest I put in for a request and within days the issue was resolved. However the maintenance guy wasn't too friendly in the beginning. But it got better before he completed the job
Crooked Hill townhomes is an amazing place to live! From the spacious homes to the wonderful maintenance services I have lived here almost two years and I'm very pleased with all aspects of this community. Regarding the maintenance team, they are extremely responsive and fix things quickly! Maintenance is always very personable and look to ensure that the job is done before they leave. Hands down the worst apartment I've rented. Management is hostile and aggressive, she would literally yell in my face and tell me things that were happening weren't. Broken appliances, rotted out ceilings, filth everywhere. Do not recommend
