HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Extreme heat issue. I lived on the 11th floor in the “penthouse” for over a year and it was torture. The AC doesn’t work properly and it gets to over 90 degrees at a time (feels worst), if the sun is out it doesn’t matter the weather you will cook in there. It made me sick. To understand the severity, in winter, like February 7th, I didn’t turn on any heat inside b.c the sun was enough to heat up the apartment even tho it was around 8° outside. I've been here for 8 months and my lease is almost up (9 months total) so I wanted to leave a review before it's time for me to go. The atmosphere, community, and resident amenities at Crosby Hill are all great and exceptionally maintained (make use of the gym and the sky lounge!!). The apartments are well designed, especially if you live on the higher floors with the floor to ceiling windows. Today, my partner and I had the pleasure of touring Crosby Hill for the very first time, and we were fortunate to be helped by Mikyah. She was absolutely incredible—answering all of our questions and going above and beyond to show us multiple units and layouts. Thanks to her, we got a real sense of what life at Crosby Hill could be like. Although we don’t live there yet, we truly couldn’t imagine a better fit for us. Did a fire extinguisher inspection here back in 2023 and they have a lot of fire extinguishers like 200 or so. The units r really clean and well kept u can definitely tell maintenance does care a lot about this property. I have been to a lot of apartments inspecting fire extinguishers and some r not maintained at all. This property really does care.
All-in-all, I loved my experience at Crosby Hill. It was the nicest apartment I've ever had and the nicest one I'll have for a while, I suspect. Was here for 10mo, 2/24-12/24. My experience did not match the folks who are leaving negative reviews.
