phone service was rude and unprofessional. The way Cory talked to customer was so arrogated and tried to me a smart-ass. Even while for the company, she doesnt know all the policy, I dont know how could she earn money. Company needs to train this kind of worker and teach her more how to talk, answer, and reply to customers.
