I have been a client of Crossroads for well over a year. I have only gotten the best service from their clinical team. They do their best to encourage me, helping me along this difficult process. I feel comfortable enough to be honest about my actions, thus helping me take another step forward in my recovery! I must admit I miss a lot of appts, and yet they continue to work with me in any way possible. I have received financial assistance for transportation to and from my appts...who DOES that?!?! Great place. Smart compassionate care. Easy to access staff. Support is offered on a wide range of areas people struggle. They offer speedy accessible MAT service for people and meet them where they are. Pleasant office space with minimalistic design. Overall a great experience for myself.

I am overall happy. I get in quickly at my appointment time. The CRNP takes her time to make sure she/he checks in with me to make sure I am doing ok and if I need anything beyond why I am there for that visit.

I told these people I was going on vacation/work. So I miss my doctor's appointment I waited 5 days to hear something back and didn't hear nothing. So when I called back in like what's up they gave me an appointment where I was on vacation/work at. Well the lady was so rude about it telling me I have to cut my vacation short. Like who do you think you are telling me I have to cut my vacation short. I was supposed to be on a monthly visits instead of bi-weekly but now I'm back to a week like this program is not well put toget... read more
