Worst possible care provided. The person who arrived for admission to the services was highly unprofessional and clearly we were a bother. From then on, we got no support or assistance. I think the RN came for one visit and it was not helpful. No aides or anyone else. Their bereavement services are preprinted letters addressed to “Dear Friend” and refers to the loss of your “loved one.” Nothing personal or helpful.
