It was an ok! But I was in the virtual waiting room for 1& 1/2 hours without anyone coming back over to even let me know they didn’t forget about me. So I ended up having to call 2 times to make sure they were still aware I was still there. After I seen the Dr the receptionist just said ok have a good night and didn’t schedule my next appointment with me she just sent me the next date and time so now I have to reschedule because that was the whole piont of the virtual that time and day doesn’t work for me anymore! My visit was slow .. apt at 2:50pm but didn’t get out off there until almost 4pm.. first time at the frankford ave cite and they seem pretty backed up! I didn’t like that!
