Had an emergency septic pump that was backing up in the building and John got Jacob out to me within 2 hours! After some troubleshooting we scheduled a new lift pump install and some upgrades that were completed by the end of the week. Very polite, professional and straightforward. Nothing but the best from a veteran owned and operated company!
These guys are great! Came out within the hour to take a look at my system. Gave me piece of mind, and information. What a blessing!

I would recommend Crow Creek Septic Services to anyone who needs septic work done. Tim is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He fit me into his schedule immediately when he learned it was somewhat urgent, and fixed the immediate issue (a blockage) very quickly. I am going to need more extensive septic work done here in the near future, and Tim is walking me through the process and takes the time to explain every step. He has gone above and beyond to help me. Thank you, Tim!
Tim and his crew were phenomenal. We had our home’s septic system pumped and inspected by Tim prior to closing. Our leitch field was flooded and Tim provided great recommendations and final quotes which ended up getting us to have seller to pay majority. Tim was efficient once on property and did a great job. Excellent communication, any hiccup or change he talked through everything and kept me Informed. We replaced our whole field and added an additional 1000 gal tank.
