If I could give it a zero then I would. I am a long Covid patient that has had five major joint replacement surgeries with my last one being six weeks ago, so I have doctors appointments all the time. I told crown this when I made an appointment to get a recall fixed, I dropped it off at 8:30 in the morning and they told me it was a couple hour job. Excellent arrangement for service. Handled issue promptly and kept me informed to work needed. The loaner vehicle was a plus. All Crown employees great to work with.
Brought my jeep patriot in to trade in for something newer and TJ got me an epic deal on a brand new car! Definitely will be back in the future and will recommend to friends and family!
We had a dashboard malfunction and Crown was able to figure out the problem, order the proper part, and replace it. Our bill was very fair!
Fast service...love this dealership. Just wish the company would put in a safety feature where you can't EASILY knock it out of gear into neutral. Dog sleeps in the other seat, moves his head, hits the shifter and instant neutral while doing 70mph. Got to push a button for everything else
