Excellent arrangement for service. Handled issue promptly and kept me informed to work needed. The loaner vehicle was a plus. All Crown employees great to work with.
If I could give it a zero then I would. I am a long Covid patient that has had five major joint replacement surgeries with my last one being six weeks ago, so I have doctors appointments all the time. I told crown this when I made an appointment to get a recall fixed, I dropped it off at 8:30 in the morning and they told me it was a couple hour job.
