Crown really did a great job and a super reasonable price replacing my rear brakes and turning my front and rear rotors. I felt super fortunate the original price quoted was spectacular , but then even more fortunate for the fact, they offered a $15 off coupon on their website. Highly recommend Crown! I shopped one other place and they were doubled the price for the exact same service. Charlie, Amber, my technician and the girls in the office were so helpful and kept me updated throughout the day.
Brought my 2023 rouge in for a software update/re-call on the vc 1.5 turbo. In and out as they said in about 1hour. Rouge runs even better now idles smoother and drives the same. They also noted some routine service work that's due soon based on my car's mileage which was nice to know since I don't read the owners manual very often. Over all I can rate Crown Nissan very high and will continue to use there services for my rouge.
Great service on my 2025 Nissan Sentra. Got my first oil change and fixed my tire which had a nail in it free of charge.
Fast service...love this dealership. Just wish the company would put in a safety feature where you CAN'T easily knock it out of gear into neutral. Dog sleeps in the other seat, moves his head, hits the shifter and instant neutral while doing 70mph. Got to push a button for everything else...PS thanks for your Non Human useless response
