Brought my 2023 rouge in for a software update/re-call on the vc 1.5 turbo. In and out as they said in about 1hour. Rouge runs even better now idles smoother and drives the same. They also noted some routine service work that's due soon based on my car's mileage which was nice to know since I don't read the owners manual very often. Over all I can rate Crown Nissan very high and will continue to use there services for my rouge.
Great service on my 2025 Nissan Sentra. Got my first oil change and fixed my tire which had a nail in it free of charge.
Crown Nissan is always very helpful in providing fast and friendly service. They check over my vehicle to identify any major repairs needed.
Fast service...love this dealership. Just wish the company would put in a safety feature where you CAN'T easily knock it out of gear into neutral. Dog sleeps in the other seat, moves his head, hits the shifter and instant neutral while doing 70mph. Got to push a button for everything else...PS thanks for your Non Human useless response
If I could give it a zero then I would. I am a long Covid patient that has had five major joint replacement surgeries with my last one being six weeks ago, so I have doctors appointments all the time. I told crown this when I made an appointment to get a recall fixed, I dropped it off at 8:30 in the morning and they told me it was a couple hour job.
