Great customer service. Switched to a bigger unit with no problem. I wish the hours of operation were longer but it works out. If your looking for a storage unit, here is the place to be.
Affordable, clean, and secure. I had a very pleasant experience doing business with these people. Kathy is awesome as well as the gentleman on the counter. I really appreciated the reminders of payments coming due in order to avoid the late fees as oppose to letting you be late and charge. I will definitely be using them again an recommend everyone to this place.
The service was excellent. Kathy was very nice and helped me with so many things through my anxieties and everything and she was nice and kind. I recommend the storage to anyone. It was safe it was clean yeah .

GREAT!!!!!!! Customer Service and Prices. Kathy and Francisco are absolutely BEAUTIFUL AND AWESOME!!!!!! I am so glad we found Crown Self Storage. I highly recommend this Storage Facility over many others that are higher priced and not always as friendly and helpful as Kathy and Francisco. They represent what Superior Customer Service is. Great, reliable place with easy access and choices on size of units. I do appreciate the having to use a gate code to leave. Adds a little extra security. And the staff are warm and friendly. I recently wrapped up using their facilities after finding a permanent living situation and I'll be recommending them to friends that might need a place to put their things.
