Such a pleasure to meet John! He is so personable and knowledgeable and I could clearly see that he loves his position with Crowther Roofing and is proud to be working in a special family business. John went up on my roof, took photos of the tiles that need repair, and then explained in great detail exactly how they would be fixed and look new again. Very timely in response - from quote to completing the job. No problem getting follow-up and the customer service was excellent. Good experience.

they came on time and started working immediately. when they found out that the air handler wasn't correct they immediately sent for a replacement air handler. it only took one hour for the correct on to arrive. they went to work right away to install the new air handler and finished the job.
