The entire staff of Crystal were professional and easy to work with. They built a house while we were still living on North Texas. Never thought we were missing anything on the build. Made the extra effort when requested and not. Alfred was at the build site almost daily. Post closing the attention to our requests was exceptional.
He built an amazing home for us, I highly recommend this company! Very detailed in everything they do. If there is something you see and would want to be revised don’t be afraid to let Alfredo know! He will fix it no hesitation.
Overall poor workmanship. After visiting his projects including new construction, we chose Crystal Homes for a total remodel - all fixtures, all surfaces, all appliances. We had to have him correct a few things, but being our first experience, there was much we overlooked and discovered as time passed. Examples: uneven shading on cabinets, shower floor wavy, sloppy floor grout at door sills, door hinges on closet installed upside down, rough spots on granite counter tops, etc. could go on. Do not hire this contractor?
EXPENSIVE! And frankly, not worth the price. Cabinets came out terrible, the rest of the remodel has decent.
