Dr Christensen and Dr Norris are wonderful. I take my disabled sister to the office. The moment we walk through the door, were greeted by Marissa's smile at the front desk. She is kind and caring, always takes time to be sure my sister is comfortable. We have seen both physicians over our visits. Both are so very kind regarding her disability and work with me to make sure her needs are met. So glad we chose this office for her care. I highly recommend, and refer others to their office, including my own son.
The practice doctors are amazing and the staff are so kind and helpful. It makes me sad that I will have to leave after years of being a patient and such a wonderful experience up until now. I have left messages for 2 days to speak to the doctor's/owners but no one has taken the time to return those calls. They are great doctors but the lack of a return call has ruined the experience for me personally.
I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to C&S. Courteous staff and Dr Norris was both attentive and thorough. Despite a full wait room, I didn't feel rushed through my appointment. A knocked a star off because I waited 25 min past my appointment time to see the doctor.
Dr. Christenson was new to me and she was very thorough. I have had a drop foot for years and she ordered me a brace for it.Asked questions about my diabetes. She debrided what I thought was a corn between 2 toes and diagnosed a diabetic ulcer and gave me dressing instructions, ordered test to check circulation and ordered me arch supports with diabetic shoes. She also gave me a followup visit for a week.
I switched to C&S foot & ankle early this year, when my former podiatrist relocated out of state. Dr. Norris and his staff immediately made me feel at ease, and glad I'd received their info when my podiatrist moved. Very informative, helpful, and they listen to any question you have.
