I waited for this appointment!! I’ve been waiting so long to get my purple feet looked at and you did this!!! Can you explain how someone has me on the schedule twice and can’t take me for the appointment i actually had and showed up for but yet say I had 2 when you confirmed yesterday?!?! Do you pay for his time off because you messed up and want me to come back. Our time and gas!!! It’s really a shame that something like this could happen. If I did my job like this I wouldn’t have one.
I went there today for my 1:00 appointment and the girl said my appointment was at 3. It was my first appointment and the confirmed yesterday she also said they didn’t. When I got home they called and apologized because they had me twice on the schedule which I don’t understand since I can’t drive do too my shoulder surgery and foot they were on speaker as I talked to my fiancé for his schedule to take me.
