John was replied to my online reservation request right away. He patiently walked me through all of necessary lease paperwork, explaining any fees that we are responsible for. Super easy process. I’d recommend C&S to anyone needing storage in Pullman.
I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and I’m so grateful for this team. The staff really put their heart into this place, and it shows—they’re always so kind and welcoming to everyone. I especially love catching up with Mike during my visits; he’s such a cool guy and always makes my day better. Seriously, these guys are the best!

Excellent service! If you are looking for speedy service and respectful employees this is the right spot! They have a location that is easy to find and easy to get in and out of. Mike was the one who helped me. He was very nice and a funny guy. He made sure we were well taken care of. I would absolutely come back again!
Needed a uhual to remove my roomates stuff from his room, John and Mike were very helpful though, made my day.
