I’ve had a positive experience with C and S Mini Storage in Pullman. The staff has been professional, responsive, and helpful whenever I’ve had questions regarding my account or unit. Recently, RyLee and the management team were patient and worked with me to quickly resolve a payment issue and restore my account access without unnecessary complications. The facility has been straightforward to use, communication has been clear, and I appreciate the professionalism shown throughout my time renting here. Overall, a solid stor... read more
My truck rental and storage check-in could not have been quicker or easier. I was able to sign documents online before the day, making the actual visit super simple! Everyone was so helpful and friendly ~ made a stressful day a little less stressful.
They have some of the best customer service, especially Max who I interacted with the most while renting units and U-Haul’s. They always prioritized their customers and treated me well, and answered all my questions even if I was asking annoying ones. The facility is always clean and has a great location. Would highly recommend renting a unit here!

The manager, Rylee Olaughlin, called it “dynamic pricing” and compared it to hotel rates. The difference is: hotels usually honor your reservation price. This place does not. What makes it worse is the timing. They wait until you’re fully c... read more
