Fellow WSU students — avoid this place at all costs. SCAM ALERT!!!!! I reserved a storage unit at a set price, but on move-in day—when everything was already packed and ready to go—they suddenly told me the unit I booked was “not available.” Instead, they offered a more expensive unit. The manager, Rylee Olaughlin, called it “dynamic pricing” and compared it to hotel rates. The difference is: hotels usually honor your reservation price. This place does not. My truck rental and storage check-in could not have been quicker or easier. I was able to sign documents online before the day, making the actual visit super simple! Everyone was so helpful and friendly ~ made a stressful day a little less stressful.
My entire interaction with this company was disorganized and frustrating. I reserved a unit in March for a May move-in. When I tried to complete my reservation, put a deposit down, even to pay for the entire time I needed the unit, I was told it was too soon.
