The manager at Blue Sky is amazing. She has been fabulous to deal with - totally customer oriented. It is rare to find someone like this, and she definitely made the dredge of moving so much better. Thank you Rylee! (sp?)
I found Rylee and Miguel to be personable and thorough. Clean property, great rates and on-site Truck rentals. A very smooth moving and storage experience can be found here. 👍
This is the best mini storage in Pullman,in my opinion.The staff there, especially Riley went above and beyond to help me out.She was very kind and understanding about my situation. She even went so far as to go out to my unit and check for any possible lingering spider webs out for me,since I have a fear of spiders.. I don’t really leave reviews on anything. But, it is awful to cancel your storage unit. In the beginning of August, I went to there to move out and went to the office and they were not there during office hours. I have called, left voicemails, texted, and went there in person throughout the month to cancel, never got a response back. I finally got there when it was open for once and they said we had to pay September because they don’t have record of my cancellation notice, well because you never were there for me to do that ... read more
