I’ve been coming here for a few years now, and I’m so grateful for this team. The staff really put their heart into this place, and it shows—they’re always so kind and welcoming to everyone. I especially love catching up with Mike during my visits; he’s such a cool guy and always makes my day better. Seriously, these guys are the best!
John was replied to my online reservation request right away. He patiently walked me through all of necessary lease paperwork, explaining any fees that we are responsible for. Super easy process. I’d recommend C&S to anyone needing storage in Pullman.

UPDATE: We finally moved our stuff out of these slum lords hands - we called them back in April to tell them May will be our last month with them and they said “ok sure - do you need us to remove the lock?” We said yes we do and they agreed to make sure they would be available - come the end of may we call the day before arrive to double check and to pick up a U-Haul from them - they said sure that would be fine - the day we arrive - they were able to remove the lock just fine but when I tried to pick up my U-Haul they said ... read more
