I went in for my first time a few days ago. Everybody was nice with the onboarding process. I didn't know what the actual donating would be like. It was painful every time I pumped my arm and I thought that was normal. But it didn't feel right, so I stopped early. It just seemed that nobody was actually aware of what was going on and now a few days later in my arm is extremely bruised.
I really enjoy the fact that the staff here are kind and respectful. They make your experience comfortable and easy. The process is fast after your first visit. It's s vary clean environment week kept up.
Today’s cost of living sent me in search of something to supplement my income and support my never ending need to shop. My schedule made a 2nd job seem unrealistic, so I did some research and found myself at CSL Plasma. I’m pretty new, but so far, so good. The staff at csl are very dedicated to their roles. Each one has made me feel safe as a donor and the process is less than an hour. The rewards are worth it and from the moment I am checking in to the moment I am leaving the center I notice steady movement and keeping a smile on their faces. Thank you csl for my experience and I only been a donor for 2 months.
CSL plasma is always doing their best even when busy. I could not ask more. Most of the time I get stuck with the needle I barely feel it to the point that taking the tape off of my hairy arms at the end hurts more.
