This place absolutely sucks.. literally I got a call from my mom just now saying how they only gave her 50 dollars but last time she was given 100 dollars.. what are yall low on money os something.. and then they almost turned my mom away bc she had a wound on one of her fingers that was WRAPPED With a bandage what could possibly go wrong with a wound thats wrapped in a bandage? Nothing.... my moms never going to this place again..
Staff is amazing! They really do their best to get ypu in and out. Only problem is, the wait sometimes can be ridiculous. I've waited 30-40 minutes sometimes and that not counting the donation time. Can be frustrating if you, "have", to do it and time is an issue.
I went in for my first time a few days ago. Everybody was nice with the onboarding process. I didn't know what the actual donating would be like. It was painful every time I pumped my arm and I thought that was normal. But it didn't feel right, so I stopped early. It just seemed that nobody was actually aware of what was going on and now a few days later in my arm is extremely bruised.
They skipped me so many times they really should create a better system to verify who is actually here first. The nurse took a person that was clearly here after me she came to the building after me and before her she skipped me with another individual that was here "all day". I do not like confrontation so I was like whatever but it was not fair. I understood there was a staffing issue and all so I wasn't rude about it. Would love for it to improve I like csl
on july 4 and now today july 13 they havent had a nurse stay until actual closing time. on the fourth, I got there at two and then I was told after 2:30 then I wouldn’t be able to donate because the nurse was leaving. And now today, I get here at 2:35pm And was told the same thing about the nurse. They offered a five dollar voucher but when I try to use it last time, I gave the lady the five dollar voucher and I never saw no five dollars at all. She put in her pocket and that was that.
