Me and my housemate were recently looking for a new flat and we couldn’t have asked for a better housing agency! They were nothing but helpful, friendly and knowledge, especially Ruby Munday who was our literal saviour! She was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions and making sure we got everything sorted as quick as possible. She is a true asset and professional! You guys are lucky to have her :)
Ava has been so incredibly helpful in negotiating my and my friend’s new flat! It’s a gorgeous property and ticks all the boxes for us. We wouldn’t have been able to make the move in a matter of weeks if it wasn’t for Ava really simplifying the whole process. I’ve rented in Brighton for 4 years now, and Cubitt and West have definitely been the best agency I have worked with!
