Ava was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process — incredibly friendly, patient, and always quick to respond to our many questions. We were relocating from London and even had a period away while the paperwork was going through, but thanks to Ava’s support everything was sorted ahead of time, making the whole transaction smooth and easy. She even helped us with really helpful advice about parking in Brighton, which we truly appreciated, and she also helped us through arranging pet letting insurance. We do recommend!

Ava did an excellent job throughout the whole process. She met me on time, showed me a flat that was perfectly suited to my needs, and has been consistently responsive and helpful from start to finish. A special mention as well for how smooth the process was overall: the agency’s automated online system for questionnaires and required forms made everything quick and easy, and genuinely took the stress out of it.
