I have recently sold my home with Cubitt and West and from the beginning it has been a seamless experience. The Cranleigh crew are fabulous. Kerry Ann was the absolute best, helped us (particularly me) get through some difficult scenarios, was incredibly supportive, positive and could not have done more to support! Rhys and Judy were always incredibly accommodating for my numerous requests to view the house, and Ross was incredibly patient with my questions. Ross works fast, and efficiently! He’s been great from the first meeting where he valued our house! He sorted out our photos and got us up for sale in record time and got our house under offer within 7days! He’s a friendly face when I pass the office and always on the end of the phone or email! I can highly recommend!
