Nichole initially overvalued the property, only to later suggest a price reduction. The fees were too high, and the contract lock-in period was excessive. Throughout the process, questions were often met with vague, overconfident responses rather than clear answers—for example, dismissive lines like ‘We are the top dog, don’t worry about it.’ Additionally, feedback from potential buyers wasn’t chased quickly enough. On a positive note, Tyrone and Ollie were great, though we didn’t have much interaction with them
