Cubitt and West were brilliant during my search for a property. I had very limited time in which to buy but these guys went over and above to help me (even though we couldn't get past the post on a sale), this was mainly down to me. Just want to say a big thankyou to Marie and Sophie I believe it was who helped me a great deal. Talked me through all the processes and did everything they could to put me in my next home but it wasn't to be this time. Thank you ladies.

Garry Wheeler was our sales progressor at Cubitt and West for the sale of our property. Garry was brilliant, keeping us up to date every week (often more than once a week) on the progress of our chain - both sale and purchase - contacting solicitors and estate agents along the chain. i had many dealings with Marie, John and Sophie during my 3 months or so of house hunting, and they were all positive! During that time they were always attentive and very helpful. I always felt that they has my best interests at heart and would definitely use them again!
After a year of nothing, we swapped agents (to Cubitt and West, Crowborough). Market conditions made getting people through the door difficult. The decision was made to auction the property. This came with it's own legal team. Once sold the people started the legal-stuff.
