Garry Wheeler was our sales progressor at Cubitt and West for the sale of our property. Garry was brilliant, keeping us up to date every week (often more than once a week) on the progress of our chain - both sale and purchase - contacting solicitors and estate agents along the chain. After a year of nothing, we swapped agents (to Cubitt and West, Crowborough). Market conditions made getting people through the door difficult. The decision was made to auction the property. This came with it's own legal team. Once sold the people started the legal-stuff. We have just purchased a house that was sold through Cubitt & West Crowborough and have been extremely happy with the experience. We especially want to thank Garry Wheeler, the sales progressor. We had a fairly long chain with multiple hold-ups and issues and Garry was always on the case chasing the various parties involved and keeping us up to date on issues and progress. I can't recommend John and his team highly enough. After a terrible experience with another local agent with my house sale John restored my faith in Estate agents. John is honest , diligent customer focused, reliable and efficient. Marie and Charlotte did most of the viewings, they were polite friendly and professional and always gave feedback in a timely manner. As John has got me to my forever home I won't need his services again but he is the only agent I would recommend to friends and family.
Cubitt & West were fantastic, John found me the most perfect house which I'd been searching for for months. The team supported me all the way through the purchase and were there for me all the way through to the very last minute. Thank you, Marie, for your wonderful interception on moving day.
