Only positive things to say about this agency, the agent was lovely, the branch manager was lovely. And best of all, the progressor Garry was fantastic. Our house purchase was delayed a fair bit due to various circumstances through no fault of the agency, however, Garry was on the ball almost daily for 4 and a half months continually updating us and continually chasing relevant parties. Cubitt and West provided a really excellent service for the sale of my mother's house. I would like to express my personal thanks to Marie who really went the extra mile in helping and guiding my mother through the whole process. Also thanks to sales progressor Garry for his hard work.
Cubitt and West were brilliant during my search for a property. I had very limited time in which to buy but these guys went over and above to help me (even though we couldn't get past the post on a sale), this was mainly down to me. Just want to say a big thankyou to Marie and Sophie I believe it was who helped me a great deal. Talked me through all the processes and did everything they could to put me in my next home but it wasn't to be this time. Thank you ladies.

Garry Wheeler was our sales progressor at Cubitt and West for the sale of our property.
