This was our second time of using Cubitt and West's Dorking Branch and we could not be happier with the service and friendliness of the staff. In particular Jo and Millie have both spent a lot of time guiding us through the specifics and reassuring us along the way. Buying or selling is always stressful for a number of reasons but the staff at Cubitt and West go out of their way to put you at ease and make the whole experience easy going.
Called in earlier today to seek advice for first time home buyer, and Scott was extremely helpful and we ended up speaking on the phone for 30 minutes, values upon values. Really thankful for the team!
