This was our second time of using Cubitt and West's Dorking Branch and we could not be happier with the service and friendliness of the staff. In particular Jo and Millie have both spent a lot of time guiding us through the specifics and reassuring us along the way. Buying or selling is always stressful for a number of reasons but the staff at Cubitt and West go out of their way to put you at ease and make the whole experience easy going.
We received great service from Cubitt & West in Dorking who were very proactive in selling our Dorking home. Not only are they highly knowledgeable about the local area, they are professional to the core. We also found every member of staff to be friendly and courteous throughout. Selling a home can be very stressful more so when you live in another country and rely solely on the agents. Trying to decide who to use to sell my house was a long drawn out process. Really pleased with the service we received. We found them very proactive and kept us going when we got despondent. Chase is a fantastic asset to them, so calm and pragmatic and really easy to talk to. The team are all fantastic- professional whilst building a good relationship with us, it has really felt like they are on this journey with us and just as invested as we are.
