Cubitt & West are very slow. They have only two experienced sales staff and both of them were away today. Their client base seems to be interested in cheap properties not more expensive houses. Take my tip, do a search in Rightmove and Zoopla to see how much business they are doing in houses which gets sold.
I didn’t use Cubitt & West as my agent because of the percentage, and I now realise that was a mistake. Despite not being the agent I chose, they have been incredibly supportive throughout my move. Special thanks to Millie and Scott — nothing was ever too much trouble, and their advice and kindness made a huge difference. Warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. Truly the best. They even sorted my conveyancing solicitor despite there being nothing in it for them
I’m very pleased to offer my review. The staff and service offered to me whilst I had my house in Dorking was excellent although the sale took a long time it was always kept in the forefront of everyone who was involved . I’m very pleased to say I would use this company again without hesitation. Thank you to Jo and Milly and all the staff .
